Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1,000 emails per month, unlimited domains, and 30-day data retention. No credit card required.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
On the Starter plan, overage is billed at $1.50 per 1,000 emails. On the Pro plan, overage is $0.80 per 1,000 emails. The Free plan does not allow overage — emails are rejected after the limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. All plans are billed monthly. Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap.
